Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your enrolment in the Brain Boost Cube Club (the “Club”), operated by Yash Cube Classes (“we”, “us”). By completing payment on our checkout page, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the enrolled child.

1. What you are paying for

A one-month membership to the Brain Boost Cube Club includes: 8 live group classes (Saturday & Sunday, 4:30–5:30 PM IST) delivered over Zoom, a monthly Practice Tracker PDF, algorithm notes, access to the class WhatsApp group, and class recordings during the active month.

2. Eligibility

The Club is designed for children aged 7–14 who can already solve a basic 3×3 cube. A parent or legal guardian must complete enrolment on behalf of the child and provide accurate contact information.

3. Payment

The membership fee is ₹1,999 per month, paid as a one-time payment at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details on our servers. Each month is billed separately — there is no automatic renewal.

4. Access and delivery

Class links, PDFs, and WhatsApp group invites are delivered to the email and WhatsApp number provided during checkout, typically within 24 hours of payment. Details are also covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Full refund is available if requested before the first live class of the enrolled month. After the first class, the membership is non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Conduct in class

Students are expected to attend classes with camera on, participate respectfully, and follow instructions from the coach. We reserve the right to remove a student from the WhatsApp group and/or the class without refund in cases of repeated disruption, harassment of other students, or sharing of class recordings outside the group.

7. Recordings and intellectual property

Class recordings, tracker PDFs, algorithm notes, and other Club materials are the intellectual property of Yash Cube Classes. They are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing this material is not permitted.

8. Photography and testimonials

We may occasionally use anonymised class screenshots, solve times, and leaderboard entries in marketing materials. If you do not want your child featured, please tell us on WhatsApp at any time and we will exclude them.

9. Service changes and downtime

Classes are delivered live over Zoom. In case of unavoidable disruption (coach illness, technical outage), we will reschedule the class or provide a recording. We are not liable for issues on the student’s end (internet connectivity, device problems, third-party platform outages).

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the current month’s membership. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, skill level, or exam/competition performance.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL, with a “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated on the WhatsApp group.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
